In less than a year, she established BookIT as the top agency in the Okanagan and worked hard to expand her contacts and reputation in a national market. Her previous background as a board-certified coach has enabled Brenda to build industry relationships by using her unparalleled skills of effective communication, social awareness and earnest empathy. Many of her talent find prosperity under her guidance due to Brenda's first-hand understanding of what it's like to go from a server to a success story – she knows what it takes to get to the top. Hence why, throughout the years, she’s been able to build close and lasting connections with casting directors, coaches and other film professionals. It is Melissa's passion for cultivating supportive community that makes her your greatest confidant and cheerleader on this journey!

Kat is no stranger to business, as she has a versatile background in advertising, travel and software industries. Her vast array of customer service experience and solution-focused mindset makes Kat the perfect woman for a position requiring good communication skills and building trustworthy, loyal relationships. In her spare time, Kat enjoys extensively exploring the world and photographing her adventures – giving her an appreciation for multiple cultures and the creative arts. Additionally, her big heart is filled with love for her rescue dog, Stella, who keeps Kat company during those long nights of sending out call times.

With a 30-year career in information management and project management, Susan brings her organizational, time management and financial experience to support BookIT’s business. Her personal goal is to ensure monetary compensation is provided transparently and efficiently as soon as wages from production have been received. When she doesn't have her head in the accounting books, Susan enjoys travelling and partaking in community service roles. Hence, her love for people and different life experiences allows her to be passionate about BookIT's talent and their team!

That’s why BookIT utilizes her unique gifts to not only build an inclusive company culture but to market our actors in a way that is proprietary to our team.
