Our roster is looking for individuals from all age groups, ethnicities, abilities and backgrounds. Here at BookIT, all are welcome.

Our agents and team members review all submissions, but only applicants of interest will be contacted directly by an assistant within 3-5 business days. You will be contacted by email or phone to set up an appointment to discuss your goals, availability, and more.

Truth be told, we do prefer to receive professional headshots that show off you as an actor and the productions you are suitable for.

However, if you don't have one – try having a friend take a great photo of you against a neutral background using portrait mode on your phone.

A cover letter is great way to introduce yourself to us professionally and tell us about your work ethic, achievements, and more.

Applications with a cover letter receive top priority, as it shows us you take your career seriously and are willing to do the work.

A background actor's resumé looks different from a your regular CV. Please ensure all your materials are up-to-date with recent work, training, and skillsets.

If you are just getting started, we prefer if you send us a resumé with any applicable training and your skills listed. See example resume here.

Body shots are incredibly important to have as a background actor. Casting needs to see what you look like from head to toe.

We ask you send one in to us for 2 reasons: (1) We need people of all shapes and sizes; (2) It makes it easier for us to submit you once accepted.
