BookIT Talent looks for high standards of professionalism and commitment in our current and upcoming talent. Our talent must also demonstrate humble and respectful attitudes within the industry. If you align with those values, we'd love to hear from you.

Our roster is looking for individuals from all age groups, ethnicities, abilities and backgrounds. Here at BookIT, all are welcome.

We are currently accepting submissions for principal talent, please follow the requirements as listed. If you are looking to join background, please visit our Background Submissions page.

Our agents and team members review all submissions, but only applicants of interest will be contacted directly by an assistant within 5-7 business days. You will be contacted by email or phone to set up an appointment to discuss your goals, what you are looking for in an agent, and more.

Choose your headshots

Prepare a proper actor's resumé

Link your demo reel or scene work

An actor's resumé looks different from a your regular CV. Please ensure all your materials are up-to-date with recent work, training, and skillsets.

If you are just getting started, please at least send us a resumé with any applicable training and your skills listed. See example resume here.

We understand not anyone has a demo reel (as footage can be hard to obtain), but if you have one – we'd love to see it! If you don't, send us your scene work.

Show us what you've got and what your acting or vocal range is. However, please send these via a Vimeo or Youtube link.

A cover letter is great way to introduce yourself to us professionally and tell us about your work ethic, achievements, and more.

Applications with a cover letter receive top priority, as it shows us you take your career seriously and are willing to do the work.

Our principal roster requires you to send us professional headshots that show you off as an actor and the types of characters you can play.

However, if you don't have one – we suggest that you wait to apply at a later date and work toward preparing your materials to submit to our roster.

Please note that if you do not send in a professional headshot, actor's resumé and sample work (demo or scene reel), you WILL NOT receive a reply.

Additionally – all actors without a canadian citizenship or viable work permit, please wait to apply. We are no longer accepting actors who do not hav documents to work in canada.
